Sustainable Wallingford

Sustainable Wallingford is a community group working to build a greener future for Wallingford and help the community meet the challenges of climate change.

The group focuses on food, waste reduction, energy, education and transport, actively promoting energy efficiency and energy performance through their social enterprise, Wallingford Community Energy Limited.

Throughout the year they run talks on sustainability themes, film showings, an eco-homes weekend, repair cafés and popular quarterly swap shops. Their committed transport group promotes new cycling and walking routes and contributes to the county’s transport plans.
