Our installations mean cheaper bills for our hosts, 100% of our surpluses channelled straight into local causes, and returns on investment for those who’ve helped us build our projects. We’re always working hard to find innovative solutions to fuel poverty and make the transition to a more sustainable energy system fairer. But what does this look like in numbers?

Our Community Grants programme is one of the most effective and rewarding ways to share the community benefit generated from our renewable energy installations, including Ray Valley Solar and our rooftop solar projects, and to support community groups in driving the energy transition.

This has been an outstanding year for the Community Grants Fund, with the highest number of grants awarded since the programme began. We were delighted to award £31,500 across five large grants and 15 small grants, supporting projects that will generate renewable energy, make buildings and homes more energy efficient, and create sustainable transport solutions.
