Information for investors
The following information is for existing investor shareholders in the Low Carbon Hub IPS Limited. If you have any others queries related to your investment, please contact us directly on firstname.lastname@example.org.
When can I expect to receive my interest payment on my investment?
Our solar share portfolios (i.e. Solar 2014, Solar 2016, follow this pattern for the first payment of interest:
Year 0 – the investment is made
Year 1 – first full financial year following investment ('grace year')
Year 2 – second full financial year following investment
Then we expect to make the first interest payment following completion and auditing of the year 2 accounts.
Our Sandford hydro portfolio follows a similar timetable with a grace period between the time of investment and when interest starts to be earned on your investment.
Please see the pdf downloads illustrating the anticipated financial return for each share portfolio.
(Please do note, however, that these are expected timings and depend on actual generation and income earned being as forecast for those years.)
How is my investment doing?
We will send you an annual portfolio performance after the end of each financial year. You can see the latest portfolio performance summaries opposite.
Please note: if you invested in the Sandford Hydro, we will be adding portfolio performance updates in Summer 2018.
